Full management- we advertise your property for you, arrange bookings, meet and greet customers, and organise cleaners. All this for a 12% fee plus cleaning and bedding costs which compared to many of our competitors who charge 15% is great value.
Let only service where you meet and greet and organise your own cleaners. For this we charge a 6% fee.
Cardiff Conciege service you get the bookings and we meet and greet for £35
We use our own sites and other sites to advertise your holiday property in Cardiff to maximise your bookings.
As disclosed agents we require all landlords of holiday apartments and holiday houses to verify that each holiday let is let has a Holiday Lets.
