Is tax included?
All local taxes are included in the Price.

Is a security deposit needed?
We do not require a damage deposit as like hotels your credit card details are held as security.

Is there a charge for gas, electric and water?
No these are all included in your booking price.

What about payment?
We take payment in advance of arrival with no credit card fees. We cannot however accept American express. We operate a non-refundable booking policy.

What smoking policy is there?
We have a non-smoking policy in all our apartments.

What family friendly arrangements are available?
We offer travel cots and high chairs upon advanced request with no additional charge.
We also offer a food ordering service through OCODO with advanced notice.

What is provided in the apartment?
Bed linen, towels are provided in all apartments are tea, coffee, sugars, toilet paper, dish washer and washer tabs, Wi-Fi, Sky TV, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer drier.
